We spoke to Dr Victoria Rose, a consultant plastic surgeon who has volunteered repeatedly in Gaza hospitals and spoken graphically about what she’s called a man-made famine there.
Rose has returned from her latest visit, she and other medics have teamed up with lawyers including KC Kirsty Brimelow to gather evidence of potential war crimes by Israel.
