Motorway camera footage from close to the scene shows major traffic congestion, with vehicles at a complete standstill and bumper-to-bumper. Traffic service INRIX said: “All traffic is being temporarily held and queueing traffic due to an accident on M1 Northbound from J31 A57 Worksop Road (Sheffield / Worksop) to J32 M18.”
