Krishnan Guru-Murthy: Israel says the last few days of attacks in Lebanon have been to eliminate the threat from Hezbollah rockets and allow citizens displaced from northern Israel to return home.
Since October 7 there have been cross-border attacks in both directions, and while these have often been described as ‘tit for tat’, the numbers are far from equal.
