Having conducted a string of solo engagements in recent weeks, a royal expert thinks Prince Harry, 40, and his wife, Meghan Markle, 43, are heading in “slightly different ways”.
It comes as Prince Harry visited the Big Apple, the UK and South Africa to pursue his charity endeavours, whereas Meghan attended a LA Children’s Hospital gala and supported a digital wellness initiative.
Royal author, Ingrid Seward, told the Sun: “I feel that they’re both going slightly different ways to see if it works. They’ve tried it together, and it didn’t work so well. So, they’re doing it separately to see how well it works.”
During his time in America, Prince Harry made a surprise appearance on a US talk show with Jimmy Fallon and filmed a Halloween skit, which Ingrid calls “tomfoolery”.
She further adds: “It’s really good to see a glimpse of the old Harry… and, hopefully, it will resonate with him too.”
The royal author also believes all members of the Royal Family eventually find their own path. She said: “It just means that they’re doing things in different ways on their own, which is eventually what all members of the Royal Family or members of any family do.”
