For, having kicked off the year with a historic GRAMMY win, the Pop legend is closing out the latter stretch of 2024 by topping the charts with her new album ‘Tension II’ and crossing a major milestone in the process.

The LP leaps in at #1 on the Official UK Album Chart this week.
In doing so, the set became Minogue’s landmark 10th #1 on the coveted count.
Serving as the sequel to 2023’s ‘Tension,’ ‘Tension II’ joins follows precious chart-toppers ‘Kylie’ (1988), ‘Enjoy Yourself’ (1989), ‘Greatest Hits’ (1992), ‘Fever’ (2001), ‘Aphrodite’ (2010), ‘Golden’ (2018), ‘Step Back In Time: The Definitive Collection’ (2019), ‘Disco’ (2020), and ‘Tension’ (2023).
Now, the only female act to possess chart-topping albums in five consecutive decades, Minogue now ties Michael Jackson, ABBA, Coldplay, and Queen as the acts with 10 #1s on the tally.
