She’s Back! Amerie Teases New BANGER ‘Undeniable’ [Listen]

It’s undeniable that Amerie fans have been impatiently awaiting new music from the R&B diva since she unexpectedly dropped the duo of EPs ‘4AM Mulholland’ and ‘After 4AM’ in October 2018.

Focusing mostly on podcasting and authorship in the time since, the GRAMMY-nominated songstress has intermittently teased tours and plans for a new album over the years but nothing seemed to be coming to fruition.

That is, until last month when she took to Questlove‘s iHeartRadio podcast to not only confirm she’s putting the finishing touches on a new project but also suggesting it may hit shelves in early 2025.

Sending her dedicated followers into a frenzy at the time, she’s now sent their excitement into overdrive with what’s believed to be the first taste from the forthcoming set.

Taking to Instagram on Friday (November 8), Amerie surprised her 552,000 followers on the platform with a preview of a new song.

“I’m back,” she captioned the post.

Produced by the legendary, GRAMMY-winning Troy Taylor (revered for his work with Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Boyz II Men, Babyface, and many more), the cut is titled ‘Undeniable‘ and sees the songstress flexing her harmonic layering that she is oh-so-famous for.

While she didn’t clarify if the song will be granted the single treatment or even if it will make the final tracklist of her new album, the snippet was enough to get tongues wagging!
