Taking to Instagram on Sunday night (November 17), the Queen Bey sent social media into a royal frenzy with the announcement she is set to perform during the Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens NFL game live on Netflix on December 25.
The showing will come as the headlining halftime show extravaganza at NRG Stadium as part of Netflix’s first-ever NFL Christmas Gameday.
Expected to be the first time cuts from her history-making ‘Cowboy Carter‘ album get the live treatment, the performance will come of special significance for Bey as Houston is her hometown.
The announcement only revs up rumors that some big announcement is coming from the diva before the year’s end. If it’s the ‘Cowboy Carter Tour,‘ a Vegas residency, or official news on ‘Renaissance: Act 3,’ however, we’ll have to wait and see.
