At least 18 people have been killed and 60 others were wounded in an Israeli airstrike near a hospital in Beirut, according to Lebanese health officials.
The hospital was damaged in the explosion, which Israel said had been aimed at what they called a “Hezbollah terror target”.
The UN human rights chief said he was “appalled” by the attack and has demanded an investigation.
