A swathe of Government funded programmes across the United States – from foreign aid to meals on wheels – have been thrown into uncertainty after Donald Trump declared a freeze on ALL federal grants and loans.
His administration has also fired prosecutors who’ve worked on criminal investigations into the president and signed a series of executive orders to fundamentally reshape the US military.
And that’s just in one day.
