Not even a month after she toasted her idol Whitney Houston at the AMAs anniversary special with a stirring live rendition of the Pop icon’s signature hit ‘I Will Always Love You,’ EGOT-winning diva Jennifer Hudson repeated the feat at the 75th birthday bash of musical genius and 16-time GRAMMY-winning composer and producer extraordinaire David Foster.
Assembling a lineup of titans like Tori Kelly, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Brian McKnight, Andrea Bocelli, El Debarge, and more, Hudson pulled double duty at the November 3 again when she cranked out live performances of ‘Dreamgirls‘ classic ‘And I Am Telling You‘ as well as ‘I Will Always Love You.’
Amid ongoing praise for her stunning showings, J.Hud took to social media to reflect on the awesome night.
“What an incredible night of music this was. I can’t imagine a better way to celebrate the Hit Man himself,” she said. “Happy 75th.”
