As reported, the embattled mogul is currently behind bars after federal officers detained him in New York and formally indicted the Bad Boy mogul with sex trafficking, racketeering, and kidnap.
The 14-page indictment unpacked jaw-dropping allegations of sexual violence, brutality, and a perverse abuse of power.
It would appear the intensity of the media coverage and social media discourse has had the masses flooding to streaming services to play the 54-year-old’s music.
Per Luminate, streams of Diddy’s have surged 18.3% in the week following his arrest.
One would imagine that Diddy (born Sean Combs) will need to harness every form of revenue he can, as he’s set for a very expensive legal battle for his freedom.
As it stands, if convicted of some of the more serious charges, the mogul is facing a minimum of 15 years in prison.
