As reported, ‘A Bar Song’ – which samples J-Kwon‘s 2004 hit ‘Tipsy’ – saw Shaboozey become the first Black male artist to occupy #1 spots on both the Hot 100 and Country tallies.
The Nigerian-American artist (born Collins Obinna Chibueze) first saw his name catapulted into the mainstream after his appearance on Beyonce’s mammoth Country album, ‘Cowboy Carter,’ earlier this year.
