It depends! Sometimes the idea comes first—like a vibe, melody, or concept you want to express. Other times, a sound sparks inspiration and shapes the idea. Often, it’s a back-and-forth between the two.

Tell us about the chemistry you have with your fans on stage.
The chemistry with my fans on stage is everything. It’s an unspoken connection—feeding off their energy, feeling their vibe, and creating a shared experience that’s electric and unforgettable.

What techniques do you experiment with to get your original sound?
I experiment with layering unexpected sounds, manipulating samples, playing with unconventional rhythms, and blending genres. Adding personal touches like live instrumentation or unique effects also helps craft a sound that feels true to me.

A studio day starts with setting the vibe, experimenting with sounds, and building a groove. Once the idea clicks, I layer, refine, and tweak until it flows perfectly, taking breaks to keep my ears fresh.

Was there a specific moment in your life where you thought, “this is what I want to do”?
Yes, the first time I felt the energy of a crowd completely connect to the music I was playing—it was unforgettable and made me realize this is what I’m meant to do.

What do you keep close by while you’re playing a set?
I keep my headphones, a USB backup, water, and a good luck charm or something personal for positive energy close by during a set.

There are always fresh talents coming up! I’ve got my eye on some innovative producers blending genres in new ways—artists who push boundaries and bring a unique vibe to the scene. E.g., Tim Engelhardt, Meloko, Meera.

What gets your creative juices flowing?
New sounds, different environments, and unexpected moments of inspiration—whether it’s nature, travel, or a late-night jam session with friends. A change of pace always sparks fresh ideas.

I’ve got a solid setup that fuels my creativity. My go-to gear includes a high-quality MIDI controller, a reliable laptop with Logic for production, and top-notch headphones for detail. I also love using synths for unique sounds and a couple of solid drum machines.

How have you refined your craft since you entered the industry?
I’ve refined my craft through constant experimentation, improving my technical skills, and staying true to my style. Collaborating with other artists and embracing new influences has helped me grow.
