Tinashe was among the highly anticipated performers who took to the stage at Spotify’s ‘Songs of the Summer’ event in New York on Wednesday (July 24).
When not rocking the crowd with a live rendition of her viral hit ‘Nasty’ (as seen above), T was dishing to the press about the Tyga and Chloe remixes dropped last Friday (July 19).
“Tyga has a legacy of making nasty bops…he has a history of nasty-related themes, so I felt like he was perfect and fit that West Coast vibe in that sense,” she told PEOPLE before bragging about Bailey. “Chlöe’s amazing. She’s such an amazing artist. She’s always been so supportive of me and so, so, so sweet. I thought she was perfect to match my freak on this record because she has such amazing energy, she has that nasty spirit, which I love. She’s free. She feels like she can always be herself, and I just love that about her.”
